As part of the Design team, I work across Twinkl’s portfolio of digital products — we create and evolve tools for teachers, parents, and children. My contributions include:

• End-to-end product design for Curriculum Architect, a tool that enables teachers to plan their academic year by topics and classes, aligned with government objectives.

• Onboarding framework: designed modular, adaptable onboarding foundations applied across multiple products.

• Experience visioning: helped drive the definition of the end-to-end user experience for the Twinkl website, representing design in cross-functional strategy discussions.

• Design system foundations: collaborated on a multi-brand design system adaptable across Twinkl’s portfolio, ensuring scalability and consistency.

• Product foundations: defined the initial strategy and design direction for Twinkl Learner Management System and Learn and Go — working with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to set key outcomes, user journeys, and features, then enabling junior designers to carry the work forward.

• Strategic design planning: consistently approach projects by breaking ambitious “blue-sky” visions into feasible, incremental steps — ensuring each iteration delivers user value while evolving the visual design in a nuanced, non-disruptive way that supports adoption.

• Collaboration: work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and fellow designers to deliver cohesive, feasible solutions.
